Offline CSV route (waypoint mode)

Hello! I make routes for waypoint mode automatically, and upload CSV to site. But sometimes I need to make it offline (when I am in the countryside). So, how can I load CSV files from mobile app directly? I saw /Phone/Android/data/com.aryuthere.visionplus/files/missions/ folder, but there are only binary files
