Every time I fly a mission, it autorotates at the first (take off) waypoint. No matter what mission I fly, it does it. After rotation, it fly’s the mission as planned.
Can someone explain what I’m doing wrong so I can correct it? Please ignore the color as I had a PL filter on
In this case:
The actual home point is between WP1 and WP4.
The drone takes off facing WP2.
At 125ft altitude the drone rotates towards WP1 then flies to WP1 (that distance is so small you don’t notice it), then rotates towards WP2, flies to WP2, rotates to WP3, flies to WP3, rotates to WP4, flies to WP4 and lands.
ALL NORMAL BEHAVIOUR.
Delete WP1 and take off at the same position facing the same direction and the drone will NOT or barely rotate because then it’s already facing WP1 (former WP2).
When executing any mission, the drone will take off from the home point and ascend to the height of the first waypoint. When the drone reaches that height, it will rotate to point toward waypoint 1 and fly towards it. Once at waypoint 1, the drone will rotate according to the flight configuration and begin the mission.
