No. Drones that are compatible with Litchi are listed here:

Unless DJI releases the MSDK for the Mavic 3, no one will be able to write software for it.

Have a look at that link I posted. DJI has not released (and may never release) the MSDK for the Mavic 3 Pro, Cine, Classic, …. Without that, No one will be able to write control software for it.

You may want to check out the Litchi-to-DJI Fly converter.
