I don’t know what ‘Sync Gimbal-Gieren mit Flugrichtung’ does, but I think it’s worth trying out the different settings (On or Off).
sync gimbal-gieren? its strange that the first half of the flight the drone turns round and round and the rest it flies normal as expected.
Do your mission settings look the same as in the hub? Or are you showing the hub?
What version of litchi do you have? I have not seen this setting for a long time, it seems to have been on older versions.

None of your settings are set to focus on poi. So what are we talking about?
Focus POI is a gimbal pitch mode setting. It has nothing to do with yawing which is what is being discussed.
Focus on poi is the direction and angle of the camera on poi. And why and why to put poi, you could just turn the drones in the right direction.
