hi freinds , i have mini 2 when i connect with my 15 pro max i can see only map or blank screen in my phone how to enable camera view in my phone screen ? can any one help pleasee
When I had this same problem some time ago the solution turned out to be replacing the generic cable connecting my iPad to the drone controller with a genuine Apple cable. Another time I encountered this problem, the solution was replacing the drone’s SD card with a better quality SD card. These two possible solutions are affordable and easily tried, so I would suggest you carry out these two steps and see if they work.
thank you brother will try with original cable
What is the exact model of your drone? If you really have a Mini 2, it should work. However, your description of the problem suggests you have a Mini 2 SE, which is not supported.
I have adjusted the subject of this thread to be appropriately sized and moved to the correct category.
I do confirm this issue Iphone 15 Pro Max and DJI Mini 2 (not the SE). It’s really the Mini 2 (4K). I only see the map and a totally black screen
This Mini 4K is just a Mini 2 SE with a different camera. Neither the Mini 2 SE nor the Mini 4K are supported with an SDK or Litchi. This is not a problem with an iPhone 15.
No, sorry but that is NOT correct. The Mini 2 is my drone (the original Mini 2) and NOT the Mini 2 SE.
Resume Mini 2 (the original with 4K camera) is NOT the mini 2 SE.
As far as I know Litchi supports the Mini 2 (mine) and NOT the Mini 2 SE… or am I wrong ?
Because of DJI’s confusing names and that fact that you said you had a “Mini 2 (4K)” it was difficult to tell what drone you actually had. DJI makes the following similar (but different) drones:
- Mini 2
- Mini 2 SE
- Mini 4K (a mini 2 SE with a different camera)
Of those drones, the only one supported by an MSDK is the original Mini 2, not the Mini 2 SE and not the Mini 4K.
If you have the original Mini 2, the original Litchi app (not Litchi Pilot) should work.
Connection Issue with DJI Mini 3 on Litchi
Hello, Litchi team,
I am having trouble connecting my DJI Mini 3 to the Litchi app. When I try to connect, the camera screen stays black, and the app shows that the drone is disconnected, even though the connection with the controller is displayed as normal. The DJI Fly app works fine, and I can control the drone without any issues. I am using an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and I have already tried common troubleshooting steps such as restarting the app, updating the drone firmware, and testing different cables and ports, but the issue persists.
I would like to know if there is a solution to fix this connection problem and if there are any special settings or updates required for Litchi to work properly with the DJI Mini 3 on my device.
Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Renato Lagares
The Mini 3 is NOT compatible with the older version of Litchi. It only works with Litchi Pilot, which is still undergoing exhaustive beta testing for Android devices ONLY, at least for now. No iOS device compatibility is on the horizon for Litchi Pilot either, sadly.
Purchasing a Mini 3 as I did purely in error, is a crime almost as serious as Failure to Buy an Android Device. Since you must therefore admit guilt on two counts, I suggest that you turn yourself over to the Drone Protocol Police so that the money saved on mounting a nationwide manhunt can be cited before the presiding judge as a mitigating factor that MAY offer promise of a reduction in sentence, IF you show up for the hearing dapper in a conservative suit and tie. God bless America.
