Hi all. I can get my phantom 3 standard to connect to the original litchi but can’t see how to connect to the new beta litchi pilot. Is this even possible? Thanks.

I bought the litchi app to use with my phantom 3 standard but the connection is very shoddy. 9/10 times it just sits on the black screen saying “disconnected”. I’d say I have to try at least 10 times to have it actually connect. I’ve tried running the go app first (and not), every switch position, every setting, but I can’t figure it out. Is there some setting I’m missing? My apps and drone are all updated to latest firmware but still have connection problems. Any help is appreciated thank you
If you are referring to the DJI Go app, you have to Force Stop it before running Litchi.
For what it is worth, I have a Phantom 3 Standard which I use with both Litchi and DJI Go. I have no problems connecting using either app. However, you don’t even need to run the app to connect. As soon as you turn on your controller, the P3S WiFi signal should appear in the list of available WiFi networks on your phone/tablet. I am not using any special settings. While it is possible for other WiFi signals to interfere, I have not experienced this.
What is the history of this drone? Have you always had connection problems? If not, what has changed between now and when it used to work?
