Hi, im a paid used of Litchi, with the beta being full would someone be able to share the apk so i can try out on a rc pro and mini 3 pro please?
The beta is full, you’ll have to wait, then buy it once it’s released
No developer’s news in the last week’s.
Is the project dead ?
How and Can I release beta testing to someone else.
I sideloaded the Pilot app on my RC Pro last week, and it worked flawlessly during several old waypoint flights around my neighborhood that previously was created for a Phantom 4 Pro.
Is there a way i can get on this? been a Litchi app owner for a long time need to test out the waypoint function for an upcoming mission. Link says cap has been reached ask developers to kick out other testers
I have finished testing for the time being, I have not experienced any immediate problems myself, otherwise I would have been the cause. I am currently gaining experience with the DJI Mini 4 pro. Waypoints can now also be created with this. In a different way than Litchie.
If I can transfer my Litchi Beta license to someone else, I have no problem with that, I just don’t know if this is possible.
For the enthusiast, here is my 1st Mini 4 Pro flight with waypoints. Litchi does a better job of creating waypoint routes in advance on the PC or laptop. As far as I know
If I can use your license I would love to try
It has been quite a while. Do you know approximately the time of the release public version? I would love to finally get it on M3E. Fingers crossed you will make it this year
As I understand it from reading stuff on other sites there are still loads of problems that DJI need to sort before anyone has a chance of creating a stable third party app that will run on a modern android device
Can you plan orbits with it?
Not via Litchi Pilot BETA (I use 3rd party >>litchi utilities<< for similar tasks).
Without trying out new beta yet according to release notes:
-the distance to the nearest obsatcles and the ultrasonic height are now both displayes
and
-added Obstacle Avoidance Mode setting
Any updates on the general release?
Full release, maybe an Xmas present ?
Someone can double-check this but for anyone with beta 142, I notice that if you were previously using DjiFly with 48mp as photo setting, Pilot can take 48mp until you change photo settings…other photo settings are also persistent so this will affect photos in Pilot…
No doubt this’ll be out of date as the beta changes but meanwhile, check it out if it seems interesting to you.
I didn’t expect otherwise because these settings are stored in the drone, not in the app, and won’t change unless you change them with whatever app you’re using.
Hello
I just bought a DJI mini 3 (not pro).
I learned about lychee through a friend, but he has a mini 2.
Does litchi pilot work with the mini 3?
I’m interested in quickshots and tracking.
Do we know a release date for this application?
there may already be these answers somewhere, but I find that the forum is not very tidy.
THANKS
I have this same drone, the Mini 3 (Non-Pro) and thus I can confirm that you will need to purchase the new Litchi Pilot (Android only) app to work with this drone. This app is still in the beta testing phase, with many participants frequenting this forum, and the final version release has not yet been assigned a date
If like me you had hoped to fly fully autonomous Litchi missions with your Mini 3 beyond the range of the RC controller, then you’ll be disappointed to hear that the “Virtual Sticks” protocol employed by DJI’s newest SDK on which Litchi now relies to create its latest waypoint app, means your Mini 3 will default into signal-loss RTH the instant communication between the drone and its RC controller is interrupted during any autonomous waypoint flight.
In retrospect, I’d have done way better to buy another used Mavic 2 Pro instead of this Mini 3, and then fitted the Mavic 2 Pro with one of Ali Express’ 40-minute after-market batteries to vastly extend its range under fully autonomous Litchi control.
