[OPEN BETA] Litchi Hub

Hi, singlebram… yes in fact shortly before reading your post I had solved it, changing the settings of the new Hub 2.0 and selecting as “drone model” → “Litchi for Dji Drone” → “Other” (because in the list there is not the Mini 4 Pro which instead is present in the other list). By changing this setting the file is recognized by the old Hub 1.0 and regularly converted into .csv

Is there a way to select the Units of Measure in the Hub 2.0?
Ex: The Imperial distance between waypoints changes to Miles if the distance exceeds 999.9 ft

On the desktop app, units can be changed in the Hub settings tab (top left corner icon).
In the mobile app, the units used are transferred to the Hub.

Yes, Imperial or Metric are the only choices.
Is there a way to use feet only and not show miles? For short distances, miles are basically useless.

We want to avoid adding settings which are not necessary for the majority of users. We can increase so that miles are only shown after 1000m (3280ft), would that fit your needs?

For me, personally.. that would be better.

I would be curious, if anyone else has a preference.

Thanks

I too would prefer feet up to 5280.

OK. Just seeing this new setup and so far. NOPE! Not liking it yet. Can’t see to find the option to alter the heading. I try not to use POI’s and prefer to set the heading at each waypoint manually. Where has that option gone. Also missing the Select All option to select all waypoints. Don’t understand whu the need to move the Flight Settings screen to the Left of the screen. Can I assume that there is a more detailed video tutorial available that I can avail off to get me up to speed on this. At 72 I ain’t getting any younger so no time to waste trying to work these things out. Make the transitation easier guys…not harder.

We love your work and use Litchi Waypoints a lot. We also need the scaling and moving tool for many projects. The ability to select multiple waypoints and adjust the height is also very important to us. I hope the old version can be used for a long time, or that these features will be added. Thank you very much. Orbit Mode is back, we love it!

Hi, I can’t select all waypoints to change altitude at all waypoint in one shot! There is a metod?
Thanks

Give it a chance (and some time). The improvements are numerous and welcome.

Because it is in Beta, things are changing rapidly. The old “Interpolate” mode is now called “Custom”:

This option is coming. Be patient.

This is new software. The purpose for releasing software as a “Beta” product is to encourage testing and constructive feedback while the developers add and tweak new features. If you would like to use only polished software that has all features working, continue using the old Mission Hub and wait until it this version is officially released.

It has already been mentioned that these two options are in the works and coming soon.

This feature is in the works.

First of all, I really like it.
As others have already said.
I really miss “select all”. i can’t work without it. and also edit them all at the same time.
I think that would solve the rest of my small problems at the same time.

the only other thing I’ve noticed is that I have to click on the magnifying glass when searching to be able to enter. but that will be a matter of getting used to it.

And I couldn’t find the option to switch to another language quickly, but I haven’t had much time to deal with it yet.(German translation takes some getting used to in some places, factually correct, but I’m used to the English terms, so to speak  )

A very big and nice surprise!

I have have tried to us the old program to maker virtual flight the last weeks without without succeeding and then I suddenly get this long-awaited upgrade of Litchi Hub.

A really big thank you for this surprise and from what I have seen so far, it is an excellent tool for planning all the safer flights ahead.

Thank you very much!

can’t wait to use the grid function. it will be a life changer

Feature Request:

When creating a new mission, the global parameters such as “Path Mode” and “Heading Mode” always default to “Straight” and “Follow Path”.
Capture

It would be preferred to have these settings remembered from one session to the next so that the last settings used are automatically applied to a new mission without having to change them each time.

Cant seem to select multiple waypoints and edit them simulaneously…

Read back a few posts.
This feature is in the works.

We’ved added KMZ export for drones which aren’t supported by the DJI SDK but can fly waypoints in DJI Fly, check out How to use Litchi Hub with DJI Fly (for drones without SDK) for more info
