i can not get the app to update every time i try i get a license fail message i have deleted the app and reloaded it several times. I also have dumped the cache, forced the app to stop and still get the same error message. Also sent several help requests to vc technologies and followed their suggestions and still get the error message they will not respond after several messages that i have sent. Anyone ever have this issue? All help would be appreciated.
It sounds like a credentials issue.
The original ID/password that you used when you first purchased and setup Litchi is the one you MUST use to log in. Even if you have changed your Google or Apple pay account info.
I have tried that lol i cannot get past the license fail no matter what i do i have contacted vc technology numerous times and they have give me things to try. I also have used ai for answers and to no avail i haven’t been able to get the app to load. Also to whom it may concern vc technology has not answered my last 4-5 emails i guess they have also ran out of answers any more help would be greatly appreciated. My mini 3 just sits in the case i guess if i want to fly its back to dji software… thanks for the reply don
