KML-Export to DJI Matrice 4T doesn't work

Hello everyone,

I own a DJI Matrice 4T and would like to use it for construction monitoring.
I wanted to create a circular flight with a fixed gimbal tilt to a POI.
There’s a suitable function in the Pilot 2 app for this. However, it’s not perfectly reproducible, as the recordings will also be used for a time-lapse over several months.

After testing Litchi Hub, I discovered the orbit function and found it very useful. Unfortunately, transferring it as a kml file to the remote control doesn’t work flawlessly.

The flight altitudes are changed, the drone yaws along the flight path and not toward the POI, the gimbal isn’t pointing toward the POI, and no images are being taken.

Is there a suggested solution?

Best regards,
Marcus

Have you tried using Litchi Pilot to fly instead? [OPEN BETA] Litchi Pilot

No, not yet. But I use an RC 2 Plus, and I’ve read that it’s more difficult to install Litchi on that one.

We suggest using Litchi Pilot. It should be no problem to install it on the RC 2 Plus.
The Hub’s KMZ export feature is meant to be used with drones that cannot be flown using one of the Litchi apps.

If you are able to create a Litchi CSV file of your mission, you may also want to try this:
