I have just purchased the Litchi app for my DJI Mini2 se.
The controller works fine with the drone but the iPhone does not connect to the drone, ie no control or video. I have ensured that the DJI Fly App is not running. Also “not connected” message showing on iPhone.
Also I am unable to synchronise my license on the Litchi website.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like a UserID/password issue since it wont connect or synchronize the license.
One set used to buy the app, another trying to use it.
I have the same problem. The ability to use Lichi was a big part in my decision to buy a mini 2 se. There were several youtube videos and reddit posts about this where people were already using the 2se with lichi. I am a bit bummed to think it doesn’t work at all.
It clearly states on the Litchi Help site:
Litchi for DJI Drones is compatible with: Mini 2, Mini SE (version 1 only), Air 2S, Mavic Mini 1, Mavic Air 2, Mavic 2 (Zoom/Pro), Mavic (Air/Pro), Phantom 4 (Standard/Advanced/Pro/ProV2), Phantom 3 (Standard/4K/Advanced/Professional), Inspire 1 (X3/Z3/Pro/RAW), Inspire 2 and Spark.
Litchi works with the Mini 2 or the Mini SE, but NOT the Mini 2 SE.
If you recently purchased Litchi based on the false information that you got from YouTube or Reddit users, you can request a refund.
