A fact will remain a fact until there is an argument to refute it. But you don’t and never will.
Most of the universe is made of cheese.
That is a fact I just invented (apparently that’s cool around here).
Refute it.
Maybe the author cannot see the twitching of the video files on his missions. Since already and litchi recognized this problem, but you are discussing it again
And here you are slavishly responding.
Waypoints work very good with Litchi and very dependable never had a problem with it you have to have a minimum of three waypoints to begin waypoint mission. if the Litchi app is used correctly and fully understood it is a wonderful app I use it all the time very rarely do I use my DJI app anymore just for updates I have never had an issue with Litchi what few issues I have had was due to my inexperience with the app and learning
Thanks Michael, for a breath of fresh air.
From my limited experiences so far. I would be in total agreement with your observations. I like Litchi and like you I seldom use the DJI software, other than for updates. Litchi still has a few bugs, and that is to be expected. By in large I do agree mission wise it is very stable and reliable.
I don’t know if its been mentioned before but I understand Drone manufacturers don’t include Waypoint , Tracking and Follow Me software unless their product has all round avoidance sensors. 3rd party software designers don’t use this philosophy.
Actually this is not true. Dji spark has sensors but no mission. Dji never released such an update, but there are enough dji go4 hacks that include these features for spark.
Dji go4 does not allow you to enable any functions, even follow, if the sensors are disabled.
Litchi allows missions and follow with and without sensors. Various speed limits apply.
Air2 and air2s have sensors with extended sensors on all sides, but do not have smart modes
Hi Lee, yes it appears you are correct, earlier on in our discussions we did discover this and it does make sense. Litchi Software relies on the common sense of the drone pilot, when it comes to mission layouts. In the case of the Mini 2, it lacks the lateral sensors, but more than makes up for it in both flight and camera quality. The incredible clear and easy to use mission layout features, such as flylitchi mission hub, just takes careful planning, and Litchi will do the rest. There does seem to be a few minor issues with some of the waypoint settings in the OSI version, but given the sophistication and complexity along with a very affordable price, I would have no trouble recommending this software based on my own experiences. Just to set the record straight, I am very much a novice user and I have found this forum to very helpful. TriBar seems to be one of the most knowledgeable among us. I am very grateful for all those who have contributed to the forum it has been a great learning experience. Oh, and by the way, you can teach an old dog new tricks, I am proof of that.
I need help counting my mini 2 se to my apple phone don’t know what im doing can anyone help
The Mini 2 SE isn’t compatible with Litchi.
It’s because DJI didn’t release the SDK to support that model.
