DJI Mini 4 not connecting

Hi, new to Litchi and need help connecting my DJI Mini4 - followed all the instuctions, updated all the software but keep getting the Not connected to RC device error message.

Connects ok with the DJI Fky app but not Lictchi…

Any tips, advice, or things to double-check would be appreciated.

Litchi is NOT compatible with the Mini 4(Pro), Litchi Pilot is.
