App Unstable on Android Tablet

I have recently started having problems with the Litchi app shutting down while using it with our Phantom 4 Pro on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it just shuts down as soon as i open it now without even connecting to the drone. I purchased a new Tablet a Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 but i am having the same issue where Litchi closes as soon as i open it.

Has anyone else had this issue?
