Add Dynamic-POI to Mission.

When creating a POI for a Mission, have the option to choose the Mobile/Remote GPS real time location as POI.
This is similar to Focus Fly Mode but here is fully automate by a Mission.
The Follow flying mode is not reliable enough for this.

Use case: Having the drone follow with (Pitch, Heading, Position) a subject while being restricted to a specific flying path.
