Why does VLM export sometimes work and sometimes doesn't?

I have created a few missions. For some, the VLM export works, but for most, it doesn’t. For them I get the error message “Can’t convert to kml:”. What am I doing wrong?

I’m using Chrome 128.0.6613.114 with the VLM extension and MacOS 15.0
