If you are passively trying to say read the post, let me clarify the situation for you.
I contacted support about reinstalling Litchi on my Smart Controller. Litchi was purchased
from the Amazon Appstore many years ago.
They said that If I had already paid for Litchi in the amazon app store (which I had), then I could download the APK from your Litchi account at https://flylitchi.com/account
The only option available in my account was to buy it again! This is not acceptable. When I contacted support a second time about this, I have heard nothing.

Are you logged into the Litchi web site using the same credentials that were used in the Litchi app after it was originally purchased?
Litchi is such a great and powerful app; I would not flinch to pay for it again if need be! Most apps these days are monthly or yearly subscriptions!
That’s a good question. The answer is probably yes - but it was 2018 when I purchased Litchi from the Amazon webstore. I have no recollection of changing my credentials since then - but I am 75 years old and have a poor memory!
Regardless, I provided proof of purchase, which I include below.
