Where to D/l app . Already paid

I had wipe clean my pgone ,s23, and lost all my apps including Litchi. I had paid for it already. Where can i download it now?

log into google play with the account you purchased it on, and it should be there

I logged in Google play store. It still wanted me to pay the fee.
I only have this one account.
Is there another way.?
Disappointing.

You have to use the same account in google play that you used when originally purchased Litchi. The Google play store remembers your purchases so that you can re-download them.
