I just tried to update a waypoint mission and when I hit save I got the message Stale Update. Has anyone ever seen this before? What does it mean? How do I fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I used to experience this quite often.
I “think” it means you are trying to save the mission too many times
using the same name.
Or you are trying to save the mission too many times within a set time frame.
The easy fix that I found was to save the mission again under a slightly different file name.
Then delete the original one later.
Are you making changes to the same mission in both the Mission Hub and on the app?
Normally, that error means that you are trying to save changes to a mission, but there is a newer version of that mission in the Litchi database. As Archer said, you can save the changed mission using a different name, or you can re-open the same mission, make your changes, then save it.
