Do you get an error message ?
A screenshot of the Litchi app would be helpfull.
-FORCE Close DJI GO4 before running Litchi
-Check the USB-C port of the A22 for accumulatet lint & dust (DON’T clean the port with a metal object !)
-Only ONE of the 2 USB ports on the GL200A can be occupied at one time
-Try the bottom USB-A port on the GL200A with a Data cable
Thank you for your thoughts, I have tried the advisory tips suggested and it still saying in red on the screen application screen that it is disconnected and nothing further happens. No messages, nothing.
I have also now tried a Android A55 phone with exactly the same results.
Anymore thoughts would be appreciated, thank you.
If you really did all this and more in just 9 minutes then my ONLY conclusion is that BOTH usb ports on your GL200A are broken.
Again thank you for your thoughts, I should have been more informative in my response, sorry.
I have only just loaded the Itchi app and was hoping it was just a set-up issue with the Go 4 app.
I have been trying over the last two days to try and resolve this issue, and the advise you had given me I had already tried in most of the cases already from various reports using the DJI Go 4 app loaded via a apk.
The fact is that using the Go 4 app on my android devices gives exactly the same issues and it will not connect.
However, I have an ipad and that works successfully with the Go 4 app and operates the drone fully with no issues at all. So I feel the ports on the controller are okay.
To be fair, I can understand if you think “why bother with the android then”, well it’s just that I am trying to be a bit more mobile and the size of the tablet, handheld on the controller is heavier and a bit more difficult to handle.
My thoughts at present are that the android phones I have have a slightly different OS and that is causing a connection problem, or
The controller is in some way having a connection issue with Android, or
I need to look at maybe finding a redundant iphone from somewhere that I dedicate as a screen for the controller and see if I can change my Itchi software account to iOS.
Again thank you for you help and advise, it is appreciated.

On your A22 go to:
-Settings
-{} Developer options, turn it On
-USB Default configuration
-Enable “Transferring files / Android Auto”
If “{} Developer options” (all the way down) is not available, google how to enable it for your device.
