Hi I’m a newbie and just created my first mission. Unfortunately I was unable to start the fly due to an “unknown“ error. It’s unknown since the Toast message size it’s too small and I can’t read the error message. Didn’t find logs in my Android device. Where can I find them?
When I hit go it says “Upload Failed“: Mode Error, please make sure the “remote controller”…

Welcome to the forum.
Although your screenshot indicates that the drone is in “P-GPS” mode, I have to ask if your flight switch is in “P” mode. If it is not, you will get that error message:
I would also check your drone has the latest firmware update.
My aircraft has the latest firmware version and the controller is in P mode physically.
Is your drone airborne when you attempt to initiate the waypoint mission or is it on the ground? If it is one the ground, the motors must be stopped in order to start a waypoint mission. If it is sitting on the ground with the motors spinning, the waypoint mission will not start and you will get an error. If this does not solve the problem we will need to see the logs to help understand what is going on.
It was on ground, in stand by , but In that case I’m going to try after manual takeoff.
Where can I find the logs in my android device? I didn’t see it in the Android folder

UPDATE: Phantom 3 Professional should be in F-Mode note in P-Mode for uploading and fly a mission.

You are correct. These older DJI drones called it F-Mode. I have a Phantom 3 Standard and always have it in that mode despite the fact that I forgot they called it F-Mode back then.
