I’ve tried googling with no usable results. I am using a Phantom 4 to conduct waypoint missions for a university research group.
As part of my operational requirement, I need to upload the DJI flight records (logs) to AVCRM. The easiest way is if they are synced off the DJI servers. I have found the TXT log files on my Android device (Google Pixel 8) and can view them in a DJI log file viewer. When I manually upload them to AVCRM, the log file is empty.
In the past, when I have flown using the DJI Go 4 app, the flight records have synced without issue.
Is there a way to import the DJI TXT flight data into DJI Go 4 to then sync?
If your’e In the United States then DJI stopped uploading flight logs to their servers almost 2 years ago. I suggest using Airdata flight logging service as it is the best app out there in my opinion. If you ever delete the DJI app to reinstall it the all the folders and records are lost so using Airdata will ensure you always have all flight logs. Depending on which plan you purchase there are a ton of features you can utilize to include downloading flights logs and even in different formats. I believe it would be the easiest way for doing what you want. If the logs are empty once uploaded to AVCRM then you may want to contact them for additional help as it sounds like it’s something to do with the uploading to their software since you can view them other ways. Hope that helps. Enjoy.
I’ve recently given up using Airdata, I got them to send me all my logs, and I now use a totally free app which has both a desktop and mobile version, so all my flight logs are stored on my pc, as well as my flying device
