Update Cycles and Support

Hi,

I’m thinking of purchasing, but reading some of the iOS reviews I’m a little put off. I’d like to know how often Litchi is updated and what kind of support I can expect before I invest £25 in the app.

Unfortunately, those negative reviews are often written by someone who doesn’t really understand why things are as they are. Some of the comments I see are about things that Litchi has no control over. Had they posted their question or comments here, their comments could have at least been vetted by people who have more experience in using the app.
