I’m preparing to photograph the nightscape from an altitude of approximately 150m.
Since it will be a night flight, I’m trying to automate it using the WayPoint function.
During a test flight in the day, I found that my air craft (Air2s) became extremely unstable during the hovering time set during the WayPoint flight.
Initially, I thought this was due to the wind, but the unsteady behavior occurred even on calm days. Furthermore, the instability persisted even after deleting the POI where I was shooting. I then found that stopping or canceling the WayPoint flight stabilized the aircraft.
As a workaround, I will stop the WayPoint flight and continue shooting, but I believe an investigation would be beneficial.
I’ve attached an image of the flight path downloaded via AirData visualized on Google Earth.
The aircraft is hovering in the upper left corner.
