I just tried to use the old hub that I’ve used for years, and now the saved flights are not showing up on the cell phone. What’s going on - Help?
Make sure you’re logged in with the correct account, your flights should appear. They still show up on our side.
I’m logged in, 100% - I see the flights on my desktop browser as I always have but when I open the litchi app the load flight window appears as it always as in the past years but there is nothing there? Also - I re-installed litch just to check and still nothing.
Have you tried logging out and then logging back in?
Yes - tried that a few times - still nothing in the load flights window - I haven’t changed cell phone or anything different - it was working fine until this weekend?
Also - I made a flight on the cell phone and saved it and it shows up in the load flight box - seems like it’s something with the website?
If you can see yours flights in the web browser, then it’s not a website issue. Did you try reinstalling the app?
Yes I re-installed the app - I logged in and out of the browser a few times - I tried using a different browser as well - I see them in the browser, but again they don’t show up on the cell phone - the only way I can see one is to make it on the cell phone and save it - then it shows on the phone - otherwise nothing is linking with the website as it has for years - ?
You’re referring to the web browser, but your issue is on the app. Could you check that you’re properly logged into your account in the application, as shown in the attached screenshot?
You were correct, I was referring to the browser - I was logged out on the app - I’ve been logged in for years on the same device and totally forgot it had a log in as well - somehow it got logged off, and I have no idea how. Sorry for taking up your time being a dumbass which I’m one for sure.

Gary I updated my phone and had the same issue! Don’t feel dumb man, we all do things that all of us together can figure out…great having a forum to kick things around.
It’s just embarrassing I didn’t think to check it - I’ve had the phone 3 years with tons of updates, but that’s the first time it logged me out - you can bet I will check the next time - lesson learned
