More details are needed. If you deleted from the Mission Hub, then the mission is no longer on the Litchi server. However, if it had already been synced to a phone or tablet, and you have not opened Litchi on that tablet, the mission will still be there. If so, do not open Litchi on that phone or tablet while connected to the network. Instead, disconnect from the network (both cellular and Wi-Fi), and open Litchi, if you see the mission that was deleted from the Mission Hub, save it with a new name. Once the phone or tablet is reconnected to the network, the new mission should sync back to Litchi’s server and be available in the Mission Hub.
