You can draw the takeoff point with this button on the left :
Ahhhhh. Now. I got it! Got a mission exported to litchi
Now to fly it!
Thanks!
I have a couple more questions if you are willing to waste some time with me! Lol
When I hit “save”. Does this save the mission to be brought up again for further editing?
After i made a mission grid; when i change the flight direction “orientation” values; nothing happens; nothing changes?
Is there a specfic order to do things?
Such as;
A. Find your target area
B. Set the take off point
C set the mission flight parameters
D. Import elevation data
E save the mission
F. Export mission to csv
Hi!
Thank you again for your thoughtful questions—you’re definitely not wasting my time, it’s always a pleasure to exchange with you and improve the app together!
To answer your questions:
Yes, when you hit “save,” it stores your mission, including the area of interest you’ve drawn and any calculated altitudes. You can reopen and edit it later.
Regarding the flight direction (orientation) not updating the grid: this should normally update the grid layout in real time. I’ve made some fixes that should resolve this issue, but I haven’t had time yet to fully test all possible scenarios—so please let me know if it still doesn’t work on your side!
As for the workflow: steps A, B, and C can be done in any order. What matters most is following D, E, and F. Once you’ve imported the elevation data (step D), you can save (E) and export to CSV (F). You can also check your mission in 3D at any time after the altitude calculation.
As a thank you for your patience and helpful feedback, I’ve reset your mission credits to 500 to make up for any issues you may have encountered with the app.
Let me know if anything else comes up!
Best,
TZane

All aspects of your mission creator are now working perfectly. I was missing an important step of putting a pin at the mission starting point.
Export to Litchi seamless and easy
