RC not connected Phantom 3 SE

I purchased the Litchi app hoping to take some great shots on vacation.

However, I come to the conclusion that the app does not function as I had hoped. The app keeps indicating RC not connected. However I can see the video. The DJI GO app is closed (it does work without a problem by the way)

Action I perform:

Close all DJI apps.
Start up the controller,
Start up Phantom,
Connect Tablet to Controller’s wifi network.

… camera is visible in the app. But I cannot start a flight.

Hoping for some help!

Litchi is NOT compatible with the Phantom 3 SE

I know this is a old topic but for everyone that’s interested in using Litchi for your DJI Phantom 3 se it works for me on my Ipad Air.
After 10 flights i haven’t run into any problems using Litchi other than that it had minimal lag in de live few, but even the DJI Go app gave me lag.
