Question about altitude settings

I set up a low level route on my RC Pro while out on location. Came home and opened it up on Mission Hub to alter some waypoint altitude setting. I noticed that the altitudes on my pc dont match the altitudes on my Pro ?
way point 1 Pro 7m 1PC 7.3m
way point 2 Pro 8m 2PC 7.3m
way point 3 Pro 9m 3PC 7.0m
way point 4 Pro 11m 4PC 4.0m
Above ground is ticked on all,i could understand the first one being slightly out as take off point is about 5m from start point. I am flying this up a forest road with over hanging trees so dont want to end up in the banches. Which one of these altitudes is my drone going to follow.

In the Litchi Hub & Litchi Pilot:
When Above Ground is UNCHECKED:
The shown altitudes are relative to WP1
When Above Ground is CHECKED:
The shown altitudes are relative to WP1 plus the elevation difference between WP1 and WPx.

In the Litchi app:
The altitudes in brackets are relative to WP1 plus the elevation difference between WP1 and WPx.

Both altitudes (Litchi & Hub) result in exactly the same flight path when Above Ground is checked.

If you planned your mission on location during flight (using the C1 button), you should UNCHECK Above Ground in the Hub because you already accounted for elevation differences during planing the mission.
