Problemi with Litchi mission import on hub

Hi to everyone,
I have the following problem: I plan my flight missions from THOPOS software and export them in Litchi mission extension file (*.mis).
Unfortunately, when I try to import them from Litchi hub, using Google Chrome browser, to view them onto my portable device, they don’t appear.
I am logged in both on hub and on portable device with the same account but It seems like there is a problem with files, so they can’t recognised from Litchi.
I do these operations without connecting UAV before.
Have you ever happened something like this?

Thank you some much,
Cosimo

Welcome to the forum.

Does Thopos also have the ability to export a mission using the Litchi CSV format?

This statement is a little confusing. Are you able to successfully import a .mis file into Litchi’s Mission Hub and then see the mission in Litchi’s Mission Hub?

This sounds like a syncing issue. There are only two requirements for missions to sync between Litchi’s Mission Hub and the Litchi app:

  1. You must be logged into both the Mission Hub and the Litchi app using the same credentials.
  2. The device running Litchi’s Mission Hub and the device running the Litchi app must both be connected to the internet.

If you have verified the above two requirements, you can also try selecting the “Check and sync license” in the Litchi app settings.

I think THOPOS could export in .CSV format. Is it a probem?
Instead, I solved syncing issue by log out and log in both on web and on mobile app.
Only importing files exported from Thopos problem remains: when I click on “Import” button on Mission Hub - Litchi and select .mis file exported from Thopos, nothing appears, like it was an empty file. Maybe I am not only able to correctly create the .mis file inside Thopos, since no waypoints or flight paths are displayed on web hub.
