Problem with the sd card

Hello
I have a Mavic 2 Pro and fly with the litchi app.
When I want to film or take photos, the error message “SD card is full” always appears, even though an empty card is inserted.
what could that be?
When I fly with the DJI Go 4 app, everything works fine.

Most likely you have configured Litchi to record on the drone’s Internal Storage.

Change the “CAMERA” setting “Storage Location” to “SD Card”.
