Phantom 3 can't connect to litchi

litchi version version 4.26.5-g
latest available for the phantom 3

g’day.

i had the phantom 3 standard working on an older version of Litchi
and decided to up grade to the latest version
but now i cannot connect litchi to the drone.

i have tried all the usual trouble shoots but still no connection.

assistance would be greatly appreciated.

-Is Litchi not connecting to the controller ?
or
-Is the controller not connecting to the drone ?

Do you get an error message ?
If so, what does it say ?

What type of Phantom 3 are NOW you using (The Phantom SE is not supported).

Do you have the Flight-Mode-Switch on the back of the controller in the right position (F-Mode) ?

litchi is not connecting to the controller.

litchi says ‘disconnected’ at top middle’

i’m using a phantom 3 standard

Flight-Mode-Switch is in F-mode

everthing works fine using DJI Go

That means the drone is not connecting to Litchi.
Force Close DJI GO before running Litchi.

yes, i have force closed DJI Go before using Litchi.

This has happened since I upgraded Litchi.

uninstall
install and wait for app to dl a database
login

litchi works again.

thanks again for helping me through the troubleshooting thinking process.
