Haven’t managed to find anything about this via the good old Google-fu.
When I initiate a panorama shot whether it be the auto 360 or with custom settings only the gimbal moves, the drone itself does not move left or right.
I’m using the DJI mavic Mini SE 1 and IOS.
Anyone have any idea what I’m missing here?
It’s not supposted to MOVE left or right but to ROTATE/YAW left or right.
Yup apologies, that is what I meant! Forgot to use the appropriate terminology.
The drone is not rotating. It is staying in place and only the gimbal moves.
I can’t think of any reason for Auto-Pano.
For Panorama Settings the reason could be:
-Width too small
and/or
-Number of Columns set to 1
Would you describe in detail how exactly you are initiating an “Auto Pano” and tell us how many photos it captures in total?
When capturing photos for an auto pano, the drone’s headings should change to capture eight photos with the gimbal pitch set to +20 and then eight more photos with the gimbal pitch set to -20. It will then capture more photos to complete the pano.
