Bought the app awhile back, have the reciept to prove it, but don’t know the username . I have the email address the order information was sent to. The email address on that doesnt come up in the accounts since i forgot the password i need to reset it but i never get the link to do that. ???
You will only receive a password reset email if there is a Litchi account for that email.
You can register a new Litchi account for free at https://flylitchi.com (top right)
The fact you bought Litchi in an app store does not mean you have a Litchi account as that is created separately.
If the problem is that you can’t download the app again from the app store, what you need to do is login to the google or apple account you used to buy the app
