Not sure if this is possible or needs to be a feature request.
In the P4P days, we could, while flying in follow path mode, could yaw the aircraft left or right any number of degrees, and it would maintain that offset through the curved paths. This generated a fantastically flexible side scan ability for inspection, mapping, and cool cinematic shots. You could also pair it with transitions at mid waypoints to make great smooth transitions.
Can this be done with “Litchi Pilot” drones like the M3E? if so, what settings?
I was able to sort of mimic the effect by setting each and every heading manually, but I’d like to be able to generate these paths in the field.
Have you already tried this and found that it does not work? If so, the thing that I would try is setting the “Heading Mode” to “Manual”. This isn’t exactly what you asked for, but it should let you have complete control over the heading of the drone as it flies the configured flight path.
