I broke my old phone and I am trying to download litchi and it wants to charge me again. I already have an account. What can I do?
If you are going to a new platform (iOS to Android or vice versa) you will be charged again.
If you aren’t changing platforms, you must use use the same login/password credentials when signing into the app store, that were used for the purchase of Litchi.

I had a Google pixel 9 pro xl on Android which is now broken, but replaced with identical phone and software.
Then you must not be using the same Play Store account that was used when originally purchasing the Litchi app.
I got a new phone and now Litchi wants me to pay again, can you send me a link so I can get Litchi again without paying 199 kr. again?
If your new phone has the same app store as the previous phone then all you have to do is be logged into that app store using the same credentials as the time that you first bought the app. The play store should remember all of your purchases so that you can download a second time without having to pay again.
If you are moving from one platform to another (Andoid to iPhone, for example), then you would have pay for the new app.
