Mission Hub Updates 2023-11-18

Look at the Ground Elevation of your Waypoint and how it affects the Altitude of your POI.
Here is an example:

Notice the POI altitude is 3 ft. But, look at the Ground Elevation (3688ft above first waypoint).

If I check the Above Ground box for the POI settings, look at the POI altitude change.

If you use the Above Ground option, the chosen altitude will be added to the Ground Elevation difference from the 1st waypoint.

Thanks, Actually, I was having issues in virtual mission hub when viewing in google earth. Turns out the terrain button was not checked, so LVM was not getting a ground elevation. I was setting the above ground appropriately as you explained but I was not using google earth correctly. Thanks

Mission hub is fantastic, and I really appreciate it. I have one little issue however with the settings screen, which is I cannot see the highlighting of which options are selected.

I’m sure this is because I am using Windows 11 with a high contrast color scheme (for accessibility/low-vison under Win11 Settings->accessibility->contrast themes), which I know can makes some website colors a little funky. I’m using Brave (Chrome) browser.

For example, under Mission Hub settings the multiple choice options like Units, Map Type, Heading Mode etc show no selected highlight when used with a high-contrast Windows color scheme. So, I click on the option and hope it’s got it.

I’d appreciate if you would give a little consideration to updating the web code to make the highlighting of the selected item more apparent, or maybe to put a little text description by the option indicating the selected mode. That would be really helpful. Thanks!

This should be fixed now

Fantastic! Looks great now.

Thank you so much!
