Mismatch between planned mission and mission executed

Hi, I have a problem with the planned mission with Litchi. Once the mission is planned, when I run it the drone does not start from the real planned waypoint 1 but is about 2-3 meters ahead from the initial waypoint. The problem obviously affects all the waypoints of the mission. This problem affects the result of the mission since the purpose is to use the results for photogrammetry purposes. Has anyone had the same problem? The drone is a DJI Mavic Pro and the number of waypoints is less than 99. Litchi App runs on Android smartphone. I would be grateful if someone can help me with this problem.

That’s within the accuracy of consumer GPS. Its something that we as pilots have to be aware of, and take into account. Especially, if there are obstacles nearby to avoid.
