I have a Mini 2 drone with RC231 controller, I attempted to setup the C1 (Fn x1) and C2 (Fn x2) button in the app settings. I am trying to setup switch to Mobile Camera (VR), but it is not working. Is there a way in log or the app to verify the app see me pressing the Fn button? I attempted to verify if the button is being recognized by binding it to Map/Video Switch function as well as the Front LEDs function. I can verify in the settings that the Front LEDs on and off function does work.
Questions
Is there somewhere in the app or the logs to see that the app knows I am pressing the Fn (C1/C2) button on the controller?
Do I need to be actively in flight for the Fn (C1/C2) buttons to work?
Is there any other way to like add buttons to the app screen for different functions like Mobile Camera (VR) etc, allowing the use of all the “extra functions” without the Fn (C1/C2) button?
This would allow me to test that the function itself works.
Is there any other recommended way to test that Fn(C1/C2) is functioning?
Thanks for the reply, I have tried that. I also tried C1 FPV Front LEDs and C2 FPV Map/Video Switch. Along with putting Map/Video Switch on just about every other mode for C1 C2 as well.
Haven’t heard back from you but the RC231, RC-N1 controller doesn’t have C buttons. The C button settings at the very bottom of the Litchi app settings are only for a controller which has those buttons. So setting those doesn’t matter because there is no way to activate them. The link on how to enable the VR from Tribar is the only way I know to enable it. Unless there is a selection to set the FN button for that function in the DJI Fly app which I don’t know if there is then you will need to do it with the apps icon per the link.
