I’m not sure if this is possible in DJI Fly for the Mavic 3, but I’d like to be able to manually adjust the speed during flight, just as I can with gimbal pitch and heading.
That’s a question for DJI but I believe you can with a DJI Waypoints mission.
DJI Fly ‘Global Speed’ can be adjusted during the flight with the forward/back stick, so if WPs are set as global speed the user can manually adjust speed in the air.
Here we can set or reset the speed of each WP or Select All (WPs) to default ‘Cruising speed’
A bit Confusing. Your question was if you can adjust the speed in DJI Fly app. Sounds like you already know the answer so what is the question.

I found the answer by searching DJI Fly after your initial response.
So I’ve answered my own question.
It might be helpful to other pilots, or the question can be deleted—something I can’t do myself.
