Litchi pilot beta license check error

I have used the beta litchi pilot app on my android with my DJI mini 4 pro with no problem.
Today I tried to update and I get failed to validate license.
I own litchi for DJI drones, but do not believe it works with mini 4 pro
Any ideas how to get around this error. I really like the app

Try two things:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your Litchi account in the Litchi Pilot app.
  2. See if there is a “Check and Sync License” option in the Litchi Pilot app settings.

I have the same issue and you cannot even get the app to load to check settings anymore

Please try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

Today, january 29, Ive tried to use Litchi Pilot beta 595 but send me license error. Message is “License check failed”. Litchi for Dji drones works fine but otero app is failing. Update is not working.

Connect to internet to validate your license (currently free for the beta).

Same Problem here. Installed the latest beta version (595) of Litchi Pilot, connected to the internet, but still “Licence check failed”. I don’t even have access to Pilot Litchi to change any settings. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling didn’t help.

This usually happens when the app can’t reach required services, even if your internet seems fine.

It needs access to Google DNS (8.8.8.8 which is what we use to tell wether or not you have internet access) and our servers (https://parse.litchiapi.com), and some networks (VPNs, corporate Wi-Fi, certain routers) can block one or both.

Try:

• Switching to a different Wi-Fi or a mobile hotspot

• Disabling any VPN or firewall temporarily

Got it. Thank you. It was just a Wifi problem. I changed the wifi spot and it worked.
