Does anyone know how we might update Litchi on the Crystalsky monitors now that the Amazon app is no longer compatible with the Crystalsky’s version of Android?
Are legacy/old litchi apps versions still working by chance? Is it still doing license authentication or allowing you to escape and continue to use the current version? If so, at least and generally with old software if you ‘update nothing anywhere’ at this point, it should continue to function as it has(except for licensing servers still being demanded that no-longer exist).
Lesser apps than Litchi have made their own licensing servers/.apk’s to be free of App-store restrictions, maybe Litchi could do the same.
.
It would be very handy with a ‘How-To’ on installing flylitchi on DJI Crystalsky after it is no longer possible to use the Amazon App Store . Thank you.
If you bought Litchi in the Amazon app store and your remote controller uses Android 6 or lower (for example Phantom 4 Pro RC, Crystalsky etc), then you can no longer download Litchi from the Amazon app store since Amazon has dropped support for Android 6 or lower. If you need to reinstall Litchi in such situation, please contact us at support@flylitchi.com and we will send you an APK that you can use instead.
