I have been using a Mini 4 Pro and conducting waypoint missions which has required the import of parameters via a .csv file with the requirement for hovering and flythrough at different waypoints. I understand that including a hover command will result in the drone hovering at each waypoint even if the time is set for 0 seconds. I appreciate that eliminating the hover command enables the flythrough function. When importing a .csv files with a column that details a hover command it would be preferable that if the hover time is set to 0 seconds that the drone actually conducts a flythrough otherwise each waypoint has to be retrospectively amended to remove the hover command. Could this be investigated and potentially included in any further updates? Thanks
I think that was recently fixed, i.e. hover with 0s are now ignored and won’t cause the drone to stop
Hi,
Thanks for the response. I did conduct a flight trial on this topic today and found that the only way I could get the M4P to flythrough each WP was to delete each hover command at the respective WP. Having the hover set to 0 still resulted in the M4P stopping at each WP. I also varied the path option from straight to smooth curves to curved turns and this did not make a difference either. Would you have any other advice? Thanks in advance.
Sorry I should have made that clearer.
It is fixed in the Litchi Hub simulation.
However it will have to wait for the next build to be fixed in Litchi Pilot for the actual flights. We don’t know when the next build will be at this point.
Ah, no problem. Thanks again for the clarification. Will wait with interest for the next release of the updated Litchi Pilot.
