Litchi App crashes

Hi Team

I have a Mavic 2 Pro, Samsung A52 Android 14 phone, and LitchiApp v4.28.0-g

App connects with drone easily, but after about 1-2 minutes, the App crashes. Still have control over the drone. I can open the App again while still flying, but after a few moments the App crashes again. I have force stopped the DJI App, and have tried various USB cables, but App still crashes.

Any suggestions, please?

Looks like a RAM and/or Storage Memory issue on your phone (lack of)
or
Interference from other Apps still running in the background

Check your phone’s memory (Device Care in Settings)

Try Force CLOSING all Apps before running Litchi.
or
Reinstall the Litchi App (this does not affect your stored missions).

Thanks for your suggestions. I have done them all before, and RAM has more than 2GB available…..Just don’t know what to do anymore. Using DJI GO 4 to fly now, but I much rather use Litchi. I used Litchi right from the beginning when it was launched many years ago, but now…….

Random app crashes like that is most likely a problem with the video decoding pipeline of this specific phone, which may be linked to low RAM specs.
Option 1) Try the beta 5.0 version see if it helps
Option 2) Use a different mobile device
