Just in case someone uses Copilot to check whether Litchi V5.x can be installed on a DJI Smart Controller (for example with a Mavic 2 Pro):
Copilot currently claims that Litchi V5 will not run on the Smart Controller due to its older Android version (Android 7).
That’s incorrect — it does run. I’ve just tested it on two Smart Controllers. Litchi 5.02 installs, starts, connects to the drone, shows the camera feed, and flies without issues.
I originally thought I’d be stuck with version 4.28 and wanted to verify this, especially since the Litchi download page doesn’t mention any limitation. Copilot’s explanation now is that an older version of the Litchi download page supposedly said so. I can’t verify that.
