All Missions are correctly listed.
Old ones, created in legacy hub (list from 2017) are loaded okay, not the latest missions created in hub.flylitchi.com

The most likely cause for this is that in the new Mission Hub, a newer DJI drone was selected (such as the Mini3, Mini 4, Air 3S, etc.) for the missions that do not open. When this is done, those missions created for newer drones will not display properly (or at all) in the original Litchi app. The solution is to only attempt to open missions for older DJI drones (Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom, Air 2s, etc.) in the older iOS Litchi app.
I’ve only been using a Mavic 3 since 2022.
My licenses are from 2017 for iOS (Litchi & for Osmo), but I no longer use Apple devices to control flights.
Until a few months ago, I was using the Legacy Hub for very basic things since DJI’s waypoint system doesn’t allow locating them by coordinates.
The KMZ replacement method has been working well. In the Legacy Hub, I can clearly see missions from 2018 executed with a Phantom 4 Pro.
Missions created in the modern hub are listed, but they’re interpreted incorrectly.
In the new hub, all missions are listed and displayed correctly.
This is all to provide context.
To get to the point: only the missions created with the new hub fail to load in the iOS app.
I use the new Mission Hub and I use iOS devices. All missions created for those drones supported by the iOS app (original Litchi app) display properly in the Litchi app. If they do not, you have most likely selected a drone that is not supported by the original Litchi app.
For a mission that does not load in the iOS app, what drone is selected for that mission in the hub?
That would explain it. The Mavic 3 is not supported in the original Litchi app. That is why the mission does not display.
This does not mean that you need to change the drone model in your missions. It just means that missions like this cannot be opened in the original Litchi app. This mission is appropriate for exporting directly to DJI Fly.
If I have a waypoint flight that I would like to fly with either a “DJI Fly” drone (such as the Mavic 3) or an older “Litchi app drone” (such as a Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom), I create two copies of the mission, one for each drone. In this case, the waypoints may need to be adjusted to account for the difference in path types.

So missions created with the legacy hub and run in Fly with a Mavic 3 could also be run with Litchi app but missions created in the new hub, run in Fly with the same Mavic 3 cannot be run with Litchi app?

Yes. Missions created in the old Mission Hub could be converted to be used with the Mavic 3. However, the path displayed in the old Mission Hub would not be the same as the path flown with the Mavic 3 because of the difference in how Litchi and DJI treated waypoints. The new Mission Hub can use the DJI method of creating a path through each waypoint which makes these new “DJI paths” incompatible with the old Litchi Hub and old Litchi app.

It’s quite simple really.
Plan the flight for the drone you will fly. If you want to fly the same route with different drone models, then duplicate the flight and change the drone model.
There are many differences between the various drone models, so for accurate planning and simultion, the drone model must be known at planning stage.
