You can’t.
Use the DJI Fly app to do so (with the drone turned on and connected), then switch to the Litchi app and Force Close the Fly app.
Litchi takes over those settings

There is no need to set it manually. I’ve never had a disconnect using any app with the transmission set to Dual Band Auto in over 5 years. The transmission frequency and the band width it uses will switch automatically so best to leave it to the default setting which always sets to Dual Band Auto.
Unless you use booster antennas specifically tailored for 2.4GHz or 5.8GHz.
Don’t need them. Many test have been done over the years and they improve nothing. These drones can stay connected at distances much farther then you can see. I got a free Yagi antenna to test a while back and it did nothing. The Ocusync works so good it’s not worth it. Pilots choice but not worth the money.
