Help sync licence

ho provato ad esportare una missione in csv ma mi dice: “License verification required to continue”. Ho aperto l’applicazione litchi sul cellulare (android) e sono andato su Impostazioni - Check and Sync Licenze ma mi dice Sincronizzazione non riuscita. Come devo procedere?

It sounds like you are not logged in using the same Login/Password on both Mission Hub and the app.

I have the same problem.
After reinstall and mail alignment, nothing changes.

More information is needed. You must be logged into both the Litchi app and Litchi’s Mission Hub using the same Litchi account credentials. Once logged in to both applications, your missions will sync from one to the other.

I have litchi installed on Smart Controller, and it works fine, no problem.
The problem occurs on smartphone (Samsung M32), that I use to shoot video & photo with Mini 2 (SC, normally, with Air 2S).
I reinstalled Litchi, re-aligned access everywhere and logged in both sides.
No way.

How I can read the whole message?

It is telling you that the synchronization failed. Do you have your flying device connected to the network? If not, connect it to your WiFi.
