Header settings waypoints

Hi
I am very happy with Litchi for creating waypoints for my DJI Mini 4 pro.
I just need a little more info about Header settings.
DJI has the following options for Header settings:
Follow Course
Face POI
Manual (appleyes to
flight from previous to current waypoint)
Custom

Litchi Hub allows for:
Transition
Manual
Locked
POI

Is it correct to guess that Transition = Custom
and
Locked = Follow Course

That is correct. With these settings, the heading of the drone will transition from the heading specified at one waypoint to the heading specified at the next waypoint.

No. Those two are different. Follow Path == Follow Course. “Locked” allows one to specify a heading which the drone will maintain throughout the entire flight.

I can select “locked” on every waypoint. Does this means, that all subsequent waypoints with a different selected one are overridden ?
(I don’t see that DJI use “locked)

If you select the “Locked” heading on a waypoint, it will maintain that heading until the drone reaches the next waypoint.

The best way to understand the modes is to select a heading mode, the click on the drone icon in the upper right-hand corner and watch the flight simulation.
