Have to purchase again

Apologies for having to ask this again, but I had to start over on my S23 ultra smartphone and now lichti wants me to purchase again. And I get the message “The app installed on your device didn’t come from google play and may have came from a different app experienc. You can update the app fro mthe original source or re-install from google play.”

So I go to google play and see where the app is available on a tablet I don’t use anymore. So please advise on how to get my Samsung S23 ultra loaded properly with Lichti Fly

You can download the Litchi app as many times as you like as long as it is done from the same app store (Google Play?) and using the same Google account. If you are receiving a prompt to pay for it again, you are either using a different app store or logged into that app store using a different account.

Thanks Wes. I would prefer not having to login to any account to use Litchi for my air 2s. Is that possible? This is only app i have to login to use, which makes me switch back to other apps and is complete pain in the behind :slight_smile: Hoping I can use Litchi for my air2s without any login of any kind thanks for advising.

Is this a different question? Your previous question was related to logging into the Google Play store for the purpose of downloading the Litchi app a second time. This question appears to be about simply logging into the Litchi app.

You would need to log into the Litchi app in order to sync waypoint missions with the Litchi Mission Hub (which you would have logged in to using the same Litchi account). As far as logging into the Litchi app just to fly – I’m not sure. I’ve never tried it while not being logged in. If you do not log into DJI Fly, it will restrict your height.

I have had same “issue”… it really nothing just a wee bug. I have bought litchi with my phone but I use my tablet for flying. It’s same Google account on both devices. But once I found litchi app on my tablet it didn’t show install option but buy button was there instead. Once I pressed buy button it acted like it was install instead. App proceed to download and install afterwards no problem…
